Armed robbers break into house during a children's birthday party

Three men, armed with knives and wearing balaclavas, broke into house near Norwich and demanded drugs - while a children's birthday party was taking place.

At about 6:50pm on Friday 11th January, three men forced their way into the property on Hunter Road and demanded drugs, before stealing a mobile phone and leaving the scene.

Four young children were having a party at the time. No one was injured during the incident.

All three men are described as black, two were around 6ft tall with one slightly shorter and all were wearing dark clothes and balaclavas.

This must have been very distressing for those involved and I want to reassure the victims and those that live locally that we are doing everything we can to find the offenders quickly.

I do believe this is connected to Operation Gravity drug dealing and would ask anyone with information regarding those involved to contact the police immediately.
