Anglia Weather: Cold and frosty start, but staying dry

Today: Cold, frosty start for most, although some cloudier skies are possible in the west. A dry day follows, with variable amounts of cloud and further sunny spells. Maximum temperature 5 deg C (41 deg F).

Tonight: Clear skies are likely across southeastern parts, leading to an early frost. However less cold, with clouds thickening elsewhere, and gradually spreading to all except the far southeast overnight. Minimum temperature -4 deg C (25 deg F).

Monday: Largely cloudy morning, away from the cold, frosty southeastern corner. Some sunny spells developing, but staying rather cold with a strengthening breeze. Perhaps the odd light rain shower possible. Maximum temperature 6 deg C (43 deg F).

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday: Rain overnight, perhaps turning to sleet briefly, then clearing to sunshine and isolated wintry showers Tuesday. Staying cold Wednesday and Thursday, with sunny spells, further isolated showers, and overnight frosts.
