Norwich City striker Nélson Oliveira has joined Championship strugglers Reading on loan until the end of the season.
The Portugal international has been completely frozen out at Carrow Road and hasn't made a first team appearance for the Canaries since the final day of last season.
Oliveira, 27, moved to Norwich from Benfica in 2016 and has scored 20 goals in 70 games for the club.
Reading are currently third from bottom in the Championship.
“Nélson is a striker who certainly possesses that vital killer instinct. He is strong, powerful and technically good with the ball at his feet," Reading's Portuguese manager José Gomes said.
"He thrives on scoring goals. So we are delighted he has chosen to join us for the final 18 games of our season.”
Meanwhile, Peterborough United left-back Colin Daniel has joined Burton Albion on an 18-month deal and in League Two, Northampton Town have signed West Ham youngster Joe Powell on loan.
