Anglia Weather: A frosty start, scattered wintry showers clearing east

A cold start with widespread frost, and a few wintry showers spreading east across the region, perhaps giving some icy patches on untreated surfaces. Some sunshine in the east at first, and again in the west later.

Dry with some clear spells to start, leading to an early frost.

Outbreaks of rain or drizzle then spreading east later in the night, with temperatures rising a little.

Minimum temperature -3 deg C (27 deg F).

A cloudy and misty start with some patchy rain and drizzle, but it should become mostly dry in the afternoon, perhaps with a few brighter spells.

Milder than of late. Maximum temperature 10 deg C (50 deg F).

Saturday breezy with rain later. Sunday colder, with rain clearing to blustery wintry showers.

Monday starting frosty, rain spreading east, perhaps preceded by some sleet or snow in places.
