MK Dons have made their second signing of Deadline Day, with Middlesborough striker Stephen Walker joining on loan until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old recently signed a new contract with Boro and has been linked with Sunderland.
However, he will now see out of the rest of the campaign at Stadium MK.
Walker joins Southampton midfielder Jake Hesketh in making a temporary move to the Dons.
"We've spoken in-depth with Middlesbrough about him and they are more than happy for us to take him on loan so he can continue his development with us," manager Paul Tisdale said.
"We are looking for some more energy and drive in our front line and Stephen will do that. I think he will be a very exciting addition to our squad for the remainder of the season."
Elsewhere in League Two, Northampton Town have signed Scunthorpe United defender Charlie Goode on loan for the rest of the season, while in League One, Peterborough United have agreed a loan deal for Leicester City defender Josh Knight.
