Hertfordshire Police have released an image of a man they want to track down after two incidents where dogs were kicked.

In one incident, a dog was kicked in the face by the man who was jogging in Batchwood Drive in St Albans on 3 July. The dog was with a dog walker.

Previously, in May, a woman and her daughter were walking their dog outside Morrisons, in Hatfield Road in the city ,when a man kicked her dog.

Before that, in April, the woman has reported to police that she was approached by the same man who lunged at her in a threatening manner. She did not have her dog with her.

“We are asking for the public’s help in trying to trace this man who was believed to be in the area at the time. "Witnesses to both incidents were shocked by the man’s unprovoked behaviour. If you know who this man is, please get in touch with us."
