A drug dealer has been sentenced to over three years after being caught with heroin and crack cocaine concealed inside him.
Abdi Hassan, 23, was stopped on Buchan Street in Cambridge on 7 September.
Officers found six mobile phones on him, and when searched a package containing the substances was found in his bottom.
Hassan, who's from London, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply heroin.
He has now been jailed for three years and four months.
PC Tom Carden, of Cambridgeshire Police, said: “This is a long sentence and should serve as a stark warning to anyone involved in county line drug dealing that if you are caught in Cambridgeshire, you could end up in prison.
“There is nowhere to hide in this county for drug dealers and those who seek to exploit the vulnerabilities of others.”
