A man has been arrested after eight people were found in the back of a lorry on the A14 in Cambridgeshire.
The HGV was stopped by police near the Brampton Hut services just after midday on Tuesday.
Three people inside the lorry were taken to hospital, but none were seriously injured.
The air ambulance was sent to the scene and the road was closed while officers dealt with the incident.
According to Magpas, there were reports of oranges being thrown out of the back of the lorry which alerted police.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assisting unlawful immigration while the people involved will be handed to the immigration services.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, traffic was at a standstill on the same road earlier following a crash involving a lorry.
Highways England described it as a "serious crash" at Junction 24.
