It's the first time the Essex club, which plays in the Isthmian League Premier Division, has ventured this far in the competition.
Goals from Danny Parish and Jorome Slew secured a 2-1 win at Brisbane Road in Round One earlier in the month.
They'll play in front of a sell-out crowd of 1,700 on Friday night (November 29), looking to topple another club famed for it's giant-killing exploits.
In the past three seasons Newport have beaten SkyBet Championship sides Leeds United & Middlesbrough, plus Premier League Leicester City.
They also took another Premier League side Tottenham to a 4th Round replay in 2018 before losing at Wembley Stadium.
But Brown says the Jammers have to concentrate on their own game rather than what their opponents have achieved.
