He's used to delivering goals on the football pitch, and now former Norwich City striker Grant Holt has delivered on stage as well!
Holt, who scored 78 goals in just over 160 games for the Canaries, surprised the audience at the Theatre Royal in Norwich during a performance of Cinderella on Thursday night.
The ex-Norwich captain made a brief cameo appearance as a postman in the pantomime - much to the delight of the crowd!
Holt, 38, took on the role to help promote Norwich's partnership with the theatre which will see 40 families being offered the chance to attend a performance of the pantomime for free next month.
“It’s a great partnership the club has formed with the theatre and the fact that City are giving free tickets to families this Christmas is a great thing to do," Holt told Norwich's official club website.
"It's good fun to be able to play a small part in the show and surprise a few people. It’s a brilliant show for the family.”
Holt retired from playing in August 2018 and is now an ambassador at Norwich.
