The buses feature new leather seats, USB and wireless charging points and Wifi. Bosses at First say they "take bus travel to another level".
"It's a significant investment and it just shows our commitment to the area; investing in public transport, improving the customer experience, increasing passenger numbers and addressing the air quality issues that we have."
The buses are fitted with "Euro VI" engines, which First says have the "cleanest diesel technology available".
The fleet goes into public service on Feburary 17th, launched alongside a new timetable.
