Norwich City’s first team players will work to a reduced training schedule after confirmation of the postponement of match fixtures following the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
On Friday it was announced that the club’s initially scheduled Premier League game against Southampton and FA Cup tie against Manchester United would not take place.
Now, club bosses have decided the first team will operate a reduced training schedule.
They say first team players will be monitored during a period of 'rest and recuperation', and injured players will continue to work to their rehabilitation programmes. Head Coach Daniel Farke told canaries.co.uk:
