Northampton primary school captures 'Perfect Day' in isolation

A primary school in Northampton has produced a video capturing their 'Perfect Day' in isolation.

Parents, children and teachers at Roade Primary all contributed to the video of them singing Lou Reed's hit.

The video has gone viral and headteacher Mark Currell said the staff and children had loved making it with the help of musician and friend of the school John Bowman.

It has had a wonderful impact out in the community with lots of shares and lots of comments from friends and families of the school.

It been fun and we are now planning our next adventure into film and music to link the community together so that whilst we are all isolated we can still be together-alone
