Essex charity to bring wildlife to people's homes during coronavirus outbreak

A conservation charity in Essex is bringing nature to people's homes during the coronavirus outbreak.

From Monday 30 March, the Essex Wildlife Trust will be posting a series of videos online so people can engage with the county's wildlife.

The trust will be providing tips on things like how to make your garden welcoming to wildlife, as well as outdoor learning classes for children and adults alike.

Each week the trust will publish a 'TV-style schedule' so users can plan ahead for what's coming up.

The videos will be posted on a number of social media platforms - including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

The trust already has host of wildlife webcams so people can watch the antics of barn owls, bats and badgers from the comfort of their own homes.
