Norwich City are giving season ticket holders and members the option to donate their rebates to the club's academy or official charity instead.
The Canaries announced earlier this week that they would be offering refunds to 36,000 fans who had already paid for the five remaining Premier League home matches of the season.
If the campaign resumes in the coming weeks, it will take place behind closed doors following the government's announcement that no professional sport will take place until June 1 at the earliest.
Fans will still be entitled to take up the offer of a refund, but the club have also given them the option to donate the money to the academy or the club's official charity, the Community Sports Foundation.
The club say that the charity, which supports some of the most disadvantaged people in Norfolk, is facing a loss of around £500,000 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Supporters can claim their refund from June 1 by completing an online application form.
