Residents have been urged to keep windows closed after a large fire at a crisp factory near Ely.

Around 60 firefighters were called to the fire on Main Street in Pymoor on Saturday afternoon.

Plumes of smoke can be can be seen for miles across the Fenland area

Cambridgeshire Fire Service have confirmed that the fire is at the Corkers crisp factory.

The manufacturers produce gourmet crisps using vegetables grown in the Fens. In November 2019 the company claimed they turnover around £10 million a year.
