MK Dons sign Scotland Under-21 left-back Daniel Harvie

MK Dons have signed left-back Daniel Harvie from Scottish Championship club Ayr United.

The 22-year-old has joined for an undisclosed fee and becomes the Dons' second new arrival of the summer following the loan capture of Norwich City striker Carlton Morris.

Harvie started his career at Aberdeen has played for Scotland at various youth levels.

"The club wants to progress and grow, and I want to be a part of that," Harvie said.

“I’m an attacking full-back who likes to be aggressive and defend as well as I go forward. I’ll always make sure I work hard up and down the pitch.”

Midfielder Ben Gladwin has also agreed a new deal to stay with the Dons, but Conor McGrandles has joined Lincoln City on a free transfer.

Elsewhere in League One, Northampton Town have signed former Oldham Athletic midfielder Christopher Missilou on a one year contract.
