Sainsburys say they are investigating an alleged incident where a driver with a lifelong stammer was laughed at by two petrol station cashiers.
Phil Bunning, from Thorpe Marriott near Norwich, said the incident left him feeling upset and humiliated.
It was 8.45 am in the morning when it happened as he went to buy petrol and Phil had his young daughters Lottie and Olivia in the car.
He says no one should lose their job over the incident but he'd like an apology and the staff educated about diversity.
Meanwhile Sainsburys said they were 'treating the allegation very seriously' and they 'want customers to be comfortable' on their sites.
