Ipswich's historic County Hall has been named as one of the top ten endangered buildings in England and Wales by the Victorian Society.
The Grade II listed building has been vandalised and fallen into disrepair since Suffolk County Council moved out in 2004.
A new town trail is about to be launched in Ipswich which celebrates the contribution of women
over the centuries.
The Ipswich Women’s History Trail takes people on a walk around the town looking at where the most influential women lived and worked.
More than a million people have been to the Sutton Hoo Anglo-Saxon burial site in Suffolk since the National Trust opened a visitor centre a decade ago.
To mark the achievement managers are planning a weekend of celebratins on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June.
The Sutton Hoo Treasure is regarded as Europe's equivalent of Tutankhamen.
