Veteran pilot honoured

A veteran pilot from Norfolk is being recognised for his lifelong contribution to flying.

97-year-old Ken Wallis flew Wellington Bombers in World War Two, has acted as a stunt pilot in a James Bond film and holds 17 world aviation records. He also designed and built his own type of aircraft.

Now his lifetime contribution to the aerospace industry is being recognised by the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators.
