Sisters killed in A47 crash have been named

Two young girls who died after a car crashed into a roadside drainage ditch in Cambridgeshire have been named by police.

Tamzin Portor, 10, and her sister Jessica, 7, died after suffering serious head injuries in the accident on the A47 near Wisbech.

The girls' father and brother suffered minor injuries. They were travelling in a Ford Focus being driven by a 43-year-old woman when it left the road. Police are investigating what caused the car to leave the road.
