The 240kg 'Atlantic Giant' to go on display in Essex

A 240 kilogram pumpkin is going on display at an Essex event this weekend.

The Atlantic Giant - the variety of pumpkin in question - will be at the Woodfest event at RHS Garden Hyde Hall near Chelmsford.

It will be part of a display of various squash and pumpkins created by horticulturist Matt Oliver.

The display will remain in place for the next few weeks.
