Cyclist injured after attempted robbery in Norwich

Police are investigating an attempted robbery which left a cyclist injured in Norwich.

It happened around 12.30am on Tuesday 17 November 2015, when the victim, aged in his late teens, was approached by two men in a dark coloured Citroen Saxo, as he was cycling along Catton Grove Road near to the junction of Woodcock Road.

They threatened the victim and knocked him off his bike before a passer-by has intervened resulting in the suspects fleeing the scene in the vehicle.

The victim sustained a minor leg injury as a result of the incident and nothing was stolen.
