First Hertfordshire result stays Conservative

The first county council seat to be declared in Hertfordshire has stayed in Conservative hands.

Borehamwood South was won by Alan Plancey with a majority of 317 votes over second place Labour.

Hertfordshire County Council is currently Conservative-controlled.
