It is reported that an obstruction on the track caused a fuel leak, and for the train to come to a halt.

There were originally reports of fire and of smoke being seen, but no passengers have been evacuated, with train operator Virgin saying they are all "safe and secure".

They say delays could reach up to 60 minutes or even cancelled.
