Search launched to find missing student

Police in Norfolk say they are becoming "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a woman in her 20s who has been missing since the early hours of Boxing Day.

£5,000 reward offered for Sophie's safe return

A five thousand pound reward has been offered for help in tracing missing Norfolk student Sophie Smith.

21-year-old Sophie disappeared from her home on Avondale Road in Gorleston near Great Yarmouth on Boxing Day.

Today friends organised two searches - one around Britannia Pier - the second at Hopton.

Tonight the five thousand pound reward has been offered by a local businessman for information which will lead to Sophie's safe return.
