Police investigating an alleged rape in Norwich say they've "exhausted all lines of inquiry."

Officers carried out house visits, trawled CCTV and made a number of public appeals after a 30-year-old woman reported being attacked as she walked home along Yarmouth Road in Thorpe during the summer.

Six months on, police say no suspects have been identified and they'll no longer investigate unless new information comes to light.

“Despite extensive house-to-house, CCTV and witness enquiries, no suspects have been identified. All lines of enquiry have been exhausted and no further investigations will be carried out unless new information comes to light. The victim has been visited and updated.”
