Teens arrested after boy stabbed in Southend

Three teenagers have been arrested after a boy was stabbed in the back and shoulder in Essex.

It happened at Christchurch Road in Southend around 3.35pm on Saturday, August 18.

The victim was airlifted to hospital but police said he was not thought to have suffered life-threatening or life-changing injuries.

A 13-year-old boy and two girls, both aged 17, have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.
