Glasgow Warriors win Melrose Rugby Sevens

Glasgow Warriors have retained their title as champions of the Melrose Sevens, after making their debut in 2014.

24 teams came to the Borders to battle it out at the oldest rugby sevens tournament in the world.

They featured teams from England, South Africa and Germany, who were up against Borders players fighting for a re-run of Melrose's victory in 2011.

This year was the 125th year in the competition's history.

It's the tournament every Sevens player wants to play in and attracts big crowds.

Each year more then 10,000 come to see the action at Greenyards, to see the game played in the town that invented the game.
