Several festival goers at Kendal Calling have been treated by paramedics after taking dangerous drugs at the festival.

A drugs advisory service working on the site has issued warning about the blue pills.

The independent drugs advice service The Loop are on site to offer free safety testing of drugs. The Multi Agency Safety Testing (MAST) is designed to help festival goers avoid contaminated drugs and make informed choices.

This afternoon The Loop tweeted that it had found dangerous pills during its testing.
