MPs from Cumbria and southern Scotland will take part in one of the most momentous votes in recent UK parliamentary history later.
The vote will take place this evening as five days of debate on Brexit come to an end.
Theresa May has called for politicians to back her deal or risk "letting the British people down".
Five of the region's six Conservative MPs have indicated they will back the Brexit deal.
But a majority of the House of Commons is expected to vote against the Prime Minister.
The House of Lords voted against the deal on Monday night by 321 votes to 152.
