It's 20 years this year since the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards were born.

Since then, it's become one of the showbiz highlights of the year, as international celebrities pay tribute to people who have done extraordinary things.

We're looking for a fantastic fundraiser to represent our region at this year's awards in London later in the year. They could even go on to be crowned overall National Fundraiser.

You'll also find nomination forms in selected TSB branches or the Daily Mirror newspaper. This award is for an individual ONLY. The person you nominate must be aged 16 or over, and be available to be filmed and have their story told on ITV regional news.

If you, or your nominee, are under the age of 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before you nominate. Nominations are open now - and close at 11.59pm on Friday 30 August 2019.
