Man, 79, dies after three vehicle crash in south of Scotland
An elderly man has died after a crash involving three vehicle in the south of Scotland.
Police were called to a collision on the A75 at 15:45, on Friday, at a junction leading to Arnmannoch.
A 79-year-old man, named as Alexander O'Haire, was driving a Volkswagen Beetle when he was involved in the crash.
He was receiving treatment at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, but died on Sunday 27 October 2019.
A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Vauxhall Corsa and a Ford Transit were also involved in the collision.
Officers are appealing for witnesses who may have information that could help in the investigation.
