Rowan Alexander returns to Gretna

Rowan Alexander has been appointed the new manager of Gretna 2008. Alexander previously took Gretna from the bottom League of Scottish football to the top, and to a Scottish Cup Final during the early 2000's before the team's financial collapse in 2008.

Alexander, was sacked in November 2007 after seven years in charge.

He has been appointed for the rest of the season, taking over Gretna FC 2008 who are third bottom of the Lowland League, and says he is excited by the challenge.
