A further nine people have died of coronavirus in Cumbria, it has been confirmed.
NHS England revealed four people died in hospitals run by North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust over the last two days.
Whitehaven's West Cumberland Hospital and Carlisle's Cumberland Infirmary is part of the trust.
A further five died at the Furness General Hospital in Barrow over the same time period.
No more information has been released about the patients..
The total number of virus-related deaths in the country now stands at 759.
It comes as the number of people to have tested positive for the virus rose by nearly 3000, bringing the number of confirmed cases in the UK to 14,579
In Scotland, a further eight people died as a result of the pandemic, bringing the total number of deaths to 33.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced on Friday the number of Covid-19 cases in Scotland had risen to 1,059 after 165 more people tested positive.
