Scattered showers ease to leave a chilly night for the Border region

This Evening and Tonight:

Any remaining showers will fade through the evening leaving a mostly clear night, with a few mist or fog patches developing in the early hours.

Colder than last night, with a touch of ground frost in rural spots. Minimum temperature 1 °C.

Tuesday:

Once any fog lifts, Tuesday will see plenty of sunshine with generally clear skies. Feeling warm in the gentle breeze.

Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Mostly dry Wednesday and Thursday with bright or sunny spells, though the risk of the odd shower.

Generally breezier Friday with a greater chance of some rain.
