A 54-year-old man has been killed in a crash in Dumfries and Galloway.
Police Scotland say a black BMW left the road and hit a tree on the A74 (M) near Kirkpatrick Fleming, just after 10pm on Wednesday 24 October.
The man is from Blackburn.

An accident has closed a lane of the A74 motorway in Dumfries and Galloway.
Lane three of the northbound carriageway between Junction 15 Beattock and Junction 16 Johnstonebridge remains shut, and there are possible delays.
The accident, near Moffat, happened at around 3:30am this morning, and repairs to the barrier are continuing.
Two people have died in an accident on the A74(M) near Gretna.
Police Scotland has confirmed that the driver and the passenger in the car died at the scene.
They were travelling southbound when their car crashed into a bridge near junction 21 at 6am this morning.
No other car was involved.
The southbound carriageway has been closed for accident investigators to survey the scene.
No further details about the victims have been released.
