WATCH: Family of Cumbrian contaminated blood man call for justice

The family of a man from Carlisle who died as a result of the contaminated blood scandal have spoken out, following the government announcement that there's to be an independent public inquiry into what happened.

John Cowen is one of 2,400 people to have died as a result of receiving blood contaminated with HIV and Hepatitis C in the 70s and 80s. His wife and daughter have decided to speak out, as part of their fight for justice for John and all the other victims. Kim Inglis reports.
