The south of Scotland's biggest music festival drew to a close with the traditional burning of the Wickerman statue.
Organisers of the Wickerman Festival say 17,500 people watched the 40 foot high statue being burnt at the close of the festival on Saturday night. It's the traditional end to the weekend event in Dundrennan.
Earlier festival-goers had watched performances from Tom Odell and Nenah Cherry.
Thousands of festival goers enjoyed an eclectic line-up on day one of the Wickerman Festival. Scottish singer Lulu, the Waterboys and Stereo MCs were among the acts on stage at the site in Dundrennan.
