A man has been airlifted to hospital after falling more than 40ft while climbing in the Lake District.

Residents are being consulted on plans for a new zip line attraction across Thirlmere.

United Utilities will be on hand to answer questions about the new blended hard and soft water supply until a new pipeline is built in 2022.
