Carlisle Mencap has launched a DVD aimed at keeping those with learning disabilities safe when at home and out and about.
The 'Keeping Safe DVD' was launched by the High Sheriff Juliet Westoll.
The DVD was made by men and women with learning disabilities and covers a range of issues including bullying, staying safe at home and when on public transport.
It is the second DVD the charity has put together.
