On tonight's Border Life, Emma Baker reports on a workshop that's opened up in the Borders to help men deal with problems like social isolation.

'Men's Sheds" is an international organisation that originated in Australia.

The idea is that it offers "a larger version of the typical man’s shed in the garden".
