Hundreds of horses and riders are taking part in the Jethart Callants Festival in Jedburgh today.
The annual festival is part of the Borders Common Riding and Festival season.
The Cavalcade follows the Callant - a young man from the town elected to the position - around the town's boundaries.
They stop at Ferniehirst Castle and The Capon Tree to carry out traditional customs.
