Cumbrian record-breaking hammer thrower trains on home turf

Cumbrian hammer thrower, Nick Miller, last week broke the 31-year-old British record at an athletics meeting in Sweden. This week, he has returned home to Carlisle where he has been training at the Sheepmount Stadium.

Nick Miller, 22, is usually based at the University of Oklahoma but is currently visiting his home town. However, after taking just one day's rest, he was straight back in training for his next event.
