A man has died following what police describe as an 'altercation' at a holiday park in Cumbria.
It took place in the early hours of Saturday 12th March at the Stanwix Park Holiday Centre in Silloth.
A forty seven year old man from Kilmarnock was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle where he was confirmed dead this afternoon.
A forty seven year old man from Silloth who was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, has been bailed to return to Workington police station at a later date.
Police say their officers are offering support to the family of the dead man.
