The Educational Institute of Scotland has voted for members to go on strike, as part of a long-running dispute over pay.

Over 90 per cent of the union members voted in favour of strike action, following what they say was college management's failure to deliver on a deal made last year.

Colleges Scotland has called the action hugely disappointing.
