A man has died after the car he was in was involved in a collision with a lorry on the A74(M), south of junction 20, near Eaglesfield in Dumfries and Galloway.
The crash happened around 4.07pm on Wednesday 26 July.
The 50-year-old male passenger was flown to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he later died.
The 39-year-old man, from Callander, who was driving the grey Peugeot 307, was injured and taken to Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, where he currently remains.
The 59-year-old driver of the white Scania lorry, from Reading, was not injured.
Diversions around the collision were put in place for around six hours and a full crash scene investigation has now taken place.
