Abnormal loads causing travel disruption around Carlisle and on A69

Two gigantic containers in transit are causing travel delays around Carlisle.

The trucks are carrying giant pressure vessels to Egypt from Carlisle, via the A69 to the north east.

Each vessel weighs about 200 tonnes and are travelling in convoy, through Kingmoor, past Houghton Hall and onto the A69 to Newcastle.

They will spend the next two days travelling across the country to Blyth, where they'll continue to Egypt.
