Leeds grandmother celebrates lottery win

A grandmother from Leeds is celebrating today after scooping almost £100,000 on The National Lottery.

Susan Bradley, who celebrates her 60th birthday this year, says a new car and surprises for her family are top of the shopping list.

Susan, who is married to Terry, 72, is planning to splash out on a new car – and treat her family of four children and four grandchildren.

Susan, who won with a lucky dip ticket, after matching the numbers: 21, 27, 31, 34, 40 and the bonus ball 22, said she bought her ticket after going to the local Nisa Supermarket in Thorpe Street, Leeds, to buy cigarettes.

Susan said it was late on Saturday that she decided to check her ticket.
