'Mr Loophole' demands anonymity in sex cases following Sir Cliff Richard investigation

Celebrity lawyer 'Mr Loophole', Nick Freeman, is demanding anonymity for the accused in sex cases following the investigation of Sir Cliff Richard over allegations of historical sexual abuse.

Freeman made the renewed call after The Crown Prosecution Service today said there was insufficient evidence to charge the singer, and no further action should be taken against him.

This is another prime example of sexual offence allegations being tried publicly in the media before the accused has even been charged.
